The Lodge has an annual summer outing to the Henley Royal Regatta.

Bookings should be made with the Assistant Secretary, WBro Graham Jones.

This event is open to:

members, spouses, partners, family members, candidates, interested friends.


Dress Code:

Smart - gentlemen should wear collar and tie with jacket, blazer, or lounge suit.

Ladies must wear dresses or skirts with a hemline below the knee; trousers or culottes are not acceptable. Hats are desirable but not a requirement.


Directions:

Most members arrive by train and walk from the railway station.

Past years:

The Henley event was held, and proved highly successful, in each of

2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.

Members enjoy a day together, with a picnic lunch using the Assistant Secretary’s

vintage motor car as a base.

Afterwards there are trips along the riverbank, into Stewards’ Enclosure, and to Leander Club.
